1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Site or executing a service agreement with Code AI Technology LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and our services.
2. Services and Pricing Packages
Code AI Technology LLC provides custom IT development, CRM automation, web design, mobile apps, digital marketing, and staffing solutions. Our standardized packages (Silver $49.99, Gold $149.99, Platinum $199.99, App Development $29.99/mo, CRM $79.99/mo, Enterprise Custom) are governed by the specifications described on our Plans page and written client statements of work.
We reserve the right to revise pricing, modify package features, or discontinue services upon reasonable notice.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
• Company Property: Unless otherwise stated, the Site code, brand assets, logos, design graphics, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Code AI Technology LLC.
• Client Deliverables: Upon full settlement of all invoice fees, ownership rights to custom source code, graphics, and bespoke software deliverables generated specifically for the Client shall transfer to the Client, subject to third-party open-source or commercial library licenses.
4. Prohibited User Activities
When accessing our Site or utilizing our services, you agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any software architecture provided by the Company without authorization.
• Use the Site to transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security and infrastructure of the Site.
5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code AI Technology LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Code AI Technology LLC be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of contract, tort, or technical service usage.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
