Return and Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Cancellation Window

You are entitled to cancel your service order or purchase agreement within 7 calendar days from the date of order placement without providing a reason, provided that project execution (such as custom code development or production environment setup) has not commenced beyond initial scoping.

2. Refund Eligibility by Service Category

• Web Designing & Mobile App Development: If you cancel within the 7-day period prior to approval of initial design wireframes, a 100% refund will be issued. If cancellation is requested after wireframe approval or milestone delivery, refunds will be prorated based on completed project hours.

• CRM & SaaS Subscriptions: Monthly or annual software maintenance and CRM subscription fees may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for past unused subscription periods, but service access remains active until the billing cycle ends.

• IT Consultation & Technical Staffing: Consulting hours and placement fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has occurred or candidate placements have been accepted.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please email our support team at info@codeaitechnology.com with your Full Name, Company Name, Order Number / Invoice ID, and Reason for request. Our client support team will evaluate your request within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing & Payment Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (e.g. credit/debit card via Stripe or direct bank transfer). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for refunded amounts to reflect on your account.
